You unlock Scarlet Scythe in Fortnite after finishing off some Demi challenges, which you will only unlock after reaching tier 87 of the Fortnite Season 9 Battle Pass and unlocking Demi herself. She must be equipped for this Fortbtye to work.

The frozen lake related to Fortbyte #94 is referring to the area formerly known as Greasy Grove, which is at the foot of what’s remaining of Polar Peak. C7 on the Fortnite map.

The exact spot of all of the houses in Greasy Grove is the most central and biggest building, the one that used to be the tackle shop.

If you break through the roof of the shop, you should find the blue canoe you need almost immediately. Break it and then claim your Fortbyte.
