Epic has decided to surprise us for Season 9, introducing an entirely new system to the repertoire of seasonal challenges. The Fortbyte system is an interesting blend of regular weekly challenges mixed with a ‘collectibles’ style system. There are 100 Fortbytes in total and one is released every 24 hours. Each Fortbyte has instructions on where and how you can find it, but some are a bit more difficult to track down that others. This guide is aimed at helping players locate Fortbyte #55 in Haunted Hills.

As you can see, you will find Fortbyte #55 in Haunted Hills, circled in red on the above map. More specifically, Fortbyte #55 is located in the building north of Haunted Hill’s main chapel, which itself is located on the eastern side of Haunted Hills near the mountain. The building the Fortbyte is located is rather small, but it is the only building north of the main chapel. It is located at B2 on the main map’s grid.
