Fortbyte #27: Found Somewhere Within Map Location A4 might leave a few people scratching their heads.

Just in case you have been stuck between multi-verses for the past ten weeks and have therefore had to give Fortnite a miss up until now, Fortbytes were introduced by Epic at the start of Fortnite Season 9 as a way of keeping players coming back each and every day. Taking the form of a daily scavenger hunt with a new one unlocking at 2PM BST, there are 100 Fortbytes in total with 90 netting you the Singularity skin. You generally unlock a new cosmetic every five Fortbytes you collect.

Just to clear up any potential confusion: there is no set location for Fortbyte #27. It will be in a different spot within each match, but it will still be in the A4 grid on the Fortnite map. This means that another guide that tells you it’s in a particular spot in A4 will be inaccurate.

As already mentioned, the Fortbyte can be anywhere within A4; it may even be out in the ocean. Remember to just keep looking around the grid and you will eventually find it. I discovered it slightly up a hill, for instance.
