Hitman 2 Confirmed During Pre-E3 Livestream

Hitman

It had been leaked earlier in the week, but during an official livestream with IGN, IO Interactive have confirmed that Hitman 2 is a thing that exists. As an aside, did the livestream for anyone else have a tonne of technical issues during the trailer showing? Answers on a postcard please.

This new Hitman game continues on from the previous game, the 2016 reboot of the series, and will not be an episodic adventure. We repeat, there will be a full game’s worth of content available from launch, along with the confirmation of post launch content on top of that.

Hitman 2 will be launching on November 13th 2018 for PS4, Xbox One and PC, joining the ever growing list of games that are giving Red Dead Redemption 2 the widest berth imaginable. Pre-orders are now live, and doing so will give you access to Sniper Assassin immediately.

Are you a Hitman fan, excited for a new installment, or were you put off by the reboot? Sound off in the comments below.
