Dying Light 2: All GRE Anomaly Locations

After the chemical bombings on January 6th, 2025, the THV GenMod compound created horrifying mutations among the infected. Some of these monsters seemed to have come from Hell itself.

GRE Anomalies in Dying Light 2 are unique boss fight areas in which players can take on Revenants to get 2x Inhibitors and other loot. They can only be taken on at night.

A GRE Anomaly can be found in almost every zone across the Dying Light 2 map, with some even having multiple GRE Anomalies. Each Revenant fight is pretty much the same, save for how strong the Revenant is based on the level of the zone they are found in.

Here is where you can find all 12 of the GRE Anomalies in Dying Light 2 to take part in some boss fights and snag some loot.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-05 | Trinity

GRE Anomaly C-A-05 is located to the east of the Bazaar in Trinity.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-01 | Quarry End

GRE Anomaly C-A-01 is right in the south of Quarry End.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-22 | Houndfield

GRE Anomaly C-A-22 is situated between the metro station and the Electrical Station in Houndfield.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-79 | Downtown

GRE Anomaly C-A-79 can be found almost exactly in the center of Downtown; the GRE Vaccine Lab is right next to it.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-83 | The Wharf

GRE Anomaly C-A-83 is located almost sneakily across a broken bridge right in the western corner of The Wharf.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-78 | Garrison

GRE Anomaly C-A-78 is located way up in the north of Garrison almost directly north of the Metro Station.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-55 | Garrison

GRE Anomaly C-A-55 can be found on top of a bridge in Garrison. Bit of an annoying one to get to.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-34 | Lower Dam Ayre

GRE Anomaly C-A-34 can be fought in the west of Lower Dam Ayre. Hard to avoid once you get into the zone.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-23 | Lower Dam Ayre

Way over the west in Lower Dam Ayre, find GRE Anomaly C-A-23 near the water. You can also find an Inhibitor just a few feet to the right of the Revenant alongside the traditional two Inhibitors.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-91 | Saint Paul Island

GRE Anomaly C-A-91 can be found almost exactly in the middle of Saint Paul Island. Really near the Electrical Station and just north of the Metro Station.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-56 | Newfound Lost Lands

The only thing worth looking at in Newfound Lost Lands is GRE Anomaly C-A-56, which you can find atop of a couple of buildings.

 

GRE Anomaly C-A-67 | Newfound Land

Just to the west of Garrison and not far from GRE Anomaly C-A-78, find GRE Anomaly C-A-67 in Newfound Land near the Observatory.

Defeating your first Revenant will unlock the It Wasn’t That Hard, Was It? trophy/achievement, while defeating all of them will net you the Revenants trophy/achievement. Once you’ve beaten one of them, you have the strategy to beat all of them, especially when you get your hands on the bow or a super strong weapon like the katana.
