DYING LIGHT 2 LOCATIONS: Metro Stations | GRE Anomalies | Inhibitors | Military Airdrop
Military Airdrops in Dying Light 2 are the best ways of getting your hands on Military Tech to let you upgrade your nightrunner tools and also get some lucrative loot in the process.
Typically situated in difficult to reach areas, like the very top of a skyscraper, there are 26 Military Airdrops in total across Dying Light 2, with Newfound Land having the most with 13. Many zones, such as Quarry End and Trinity, don’t even have any Military Airdrops.
Here are all the Military Airdrop locations in Dying Light 2, including where to find them in Houndfield, Horseshoe, Downtown, New Dawn Park, Garrison, Saint Paul Island, and Newfound Land. Finding all of them will also unlock the Find Anything Interesting? trophy/achievement.
Dying Light 2 Military Airdrops
Military Airdrop THB-04B | Houndfield

A nightmare to climb when you’re just starting out. Honestly, it might be better if you just wait until you get the Grappling Hook, or at least the Paraglider to use on a nearby air vent. If you can’t wait, you can get into the hospital through a derelict bus and climb your way up, then keep on climbing the yellow fixtures, making sure that you’re stopping to allow your stamina to return. You will definitely need a lot of stamina.
Military Airdrop THB-17U | Horseshoe

Best left until you complete the story quest related to Jack & Joe’s Bandit Camp. Once cleared, simply keep climbing up (check around the sides) until you arrive at the very top of the building in the north of Horseshoe and claim Military Airdrop THB-17U.
Military Airdrop THB-22B | Horseshoe

Military Airdrop THB-22B asks a lot of you if you haven’t really put much effort into your parkour skills and increasing your max stamina. The best way to tackle this one is to wait until you are in the middle of the The Raid story quest and have easy access to the ladders and bridges needed to get on top of the broken bit of motorway where the airdrop waits. Otherwise, stamina willing, climb onto a light and then leap onto a balcony and just keep climbing and swinging until you get to the top. Remember to keep swinging back and forth for momentum.
Military Airdrop THB-R31 | Downtown

Military Airdrop THB-R31 is located right next to the fast travel spot in Downtown. While it may look daunting, go to the north side, clamber up some lights, then dash over to the side of the building. Use your paraglider to find some fixtures, climb up them, then follow the rope swings until you reach the roof.
Military Airdrop THB-M30 | Downtown

Find this airdrop to the north of the station. Getting to it might seem a bit confusing at first, but basically all you have to do is find the above rope elevator at an adjacent building, then jump off the top of that building and the strong gust of wind will carry you to Military Airdrop THB-M30
Military Airdrop THB-1L0 | Downtown

Another slightly confusing Military Airdrop to get to, though your job is a lot easier if you clear the Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp. Once cleared, followed the yellow fixtures upwards. Once you get to a high red platform, look backwards and then ascend the light fixtures to finally find Military Airdrop THB-1L0.
Military Airdrop THB-FH3 | New Dawn Park

Military Airdrop THB-FH3 is a bit of a nuisance to get in New Dawn Park, but just try to remember to alternate between buildings and following the red ramps. If you come across The Reddest Red sidequest, travel back left and around and up again until you get to THB-FH3.
Military Airdrop THB-G3T | Garrison

This Military Airdrop is quite the nuisance to get to, similarly to all of the others in Garrison. Once you’ve liberated Garrison heights in the south, paraglide to the building to the northeast (look for the training dummy), then paraglide over to the building highlighted above. Military Airdrop THB-G3T is waiting for you there.
Military Airdrop THB-NW4 | Garrison

A nightmare to figure out to begin with, find air vents near Military Airdrop THB-NW4 and the keep following them upwards with your Paraglider until you finally arrive at the roof. Recommend you upgrade your glider with speed boost by this point.
Military Airdrop THB-UT0 | Garrison

After you have cleared the Broadcast story quest and find yourself at the top of VNC Tower, paraglide down to this building and snag yourself Military Airdrop THB-UT0 with a bonus Inhibitor. Take the elevator from the bottom of the tower if you’ve already left the top.
Military Airdrop THB-1N4 | Saint Paul Island

Clamber up to the top of the church and final Military Airdrop THB-1N4. You should have all the parkour skills you need by now to reach this, otherwise look for all of the yellow ledges and railings to get up. Remember to be maxing out your parkour skills at this point in the game, and to make use of the Grappling Hook.
Military Airdrop THB-V3P | Lower Dam Ayre

Military Airdrop THB-V3P is easy to get to if you paraglide there either in the middle of the Satellite Dream side quest or have just fixed the radio tower not far from it. Pop the container for some Military Tech.
Military Airdrop THB-4UL | Lower Dam Ayre

Find this Military Airdrop on top of the Church of Saint John of God. Super easy to get to with the Grappling Hook, just keep jumping up and grappling. There’s a quest called Nightrunners that takes you here.
Military Airdrop THB-7U3 | Newfound Land

From Military Airdrop THB-1N4, paraglide to the south and into the wasteland until you land on top of a tower in an unnamed zone. Pop the lid on Military Airdrop THB-7U3 to get yourself some Military Tech.
12x Sunken Airdrops | Newfound Land

Right in the very south of the map, you can find an almost hidden zone called Newfound Land. The water near its radio tower has a whopping 12 Sunken Airdrops for you to salvage underwater. Make sure you have high stamina as you will need to be swimming down and opening a lot of very hard locks. These all count towards your Find Anything Interesting? trophy/achievement completion, even if they don’t give you Military Tech or even Inhibitors.
Dying Light 2 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S.
