Just a day removed from the Game of Thrones finale, it’s clear that we are going to be talking about this show for a long while yet. Thrones wrapping up has given fans a reason to look back on the show, which, no matter how you think it turned out, was a monumental piece of television history. We may never see a TV show with this kind of impact on pop culture again.
One fan, who had clearly been waiting patiently for the show to end so he could publish this excellent montage, has put together a video featuring one second from all 73 episodes of Game of Thrones over the years.

It’s a wild ride to go through it all again at a breakneck pace, but it’s also remarkable how much the show changes from Season 1, which you can kind of tell just from these clips. As the budget grew, so too did the spectacle.
Also respect to this video’s creator for not dedicating a single frame to the Sand Snakes. We all thank you.
Game of Thrones just wrapped after eight seasons nearly a decade of being on air. The reception has been mixed to say the least. Not only is ‘The Iron Throne’ the worst episode in the show’s history according to IMDb, but it is also worse than Dexter’s infamous closer, and is also rotten over at RT.
At least we will always have the sad deaths to remember it by, though?
