Fortnite’s big new addition for Season 3 of Chapter 2 is finally here with the introduction of cars. To celebrate, Week 8 has two different vehicle challenges for you, one that’s to do with cars and one that’s for all vehicles. Well, you actually have to Deal Damage From Inside A Vehicle in two different challenges.

The first challenge is for solo players, while there’s also a team challenge to Deal Damage From Inside A Vehicle that asks you to rack up a pretty staggering 10,000 damage. That might be far too long a grind on your own, so drop into Squads or play with three friends if you can.

While inside a vehicle, make sure you swap seats so that you aren’t driving and then press L2/LT on controller or right click on mouse to ADS. If you’re driving a car, you will smash through any windows and start leaning out. Get enemies in your sights and start shooting to deal some damage.

This challenge isn’t just limited to cars, though. You can do the same thing in Choppas though it’s significantly harder thanks to the bullet drop and distance, while Motorboats are also an option.

Dealing damage here doesn’t necessarily mean players, by the way — it can be to other vehicles or possibly even Henchmen or Marauders. 10,000 damage is still a lot, but not quite as much when you are sharing responsibility with teammates.

This may take you a while, so why not blare some music while driving along in a Whiplash?

Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 3 is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
