Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: Where To Find Shiny Stones

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Shiny Stone

Unfortunately, Shiny Stones in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet won’t turn your Pokémon into its shiny form.

If you’re on a quest to complete the Paldea Region Pokédex, you’ll need to find a Shiny Stone in order to evolve Floette into Florges. Similarly to the Moon Stone and Leaf Stone, the Shiny Stone is only used for the evolution of one Pokémon, but there are several places you can find one. Here’s where to find Shiny Stones in Scarlet and Violet.

Delibird Presents stock many evolution stones but unfortunately Shiny Stones are never added to the stock there. Instead, venturing into the wild in Paldea is one of the only ways of finding one.

The first known location is in Socarrat Trail, but you’ll need to have unlocked climbing to access it. The second can be found around the small lake in South Province (Area Six).

If you’re not feeling up for an adventure, you can also be rewarded with a Shiny Stone by catching over 150 different Pokémon and checking the Pokédex rewards in the menu.

On the hunt for more stones in Scarlet and Violet? We have the lowdown on where to find Water Stones (and not the book place), Dusk Stones, and Dawn Stones.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are out now for Switch.
