Everstone is an item in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that stops Pokémon from evolving when you give it to them to hold.
The easiest place to find Everstone is in Delibird Presents in Mesagoza for 3000 Pokedollars. You travel to Mesagoza to go to school, so you should easily be able to find it as long as you follow the objectives, along with a bunch of other shops, there are actually two Delibird Present locations in Mesagoza, one in the southeast and one in the west.

There are various Delibird Presents around Paldea’s different locations, including separate stops in Cascafarra and Levincia.
To make your Pokémon hold the Everstone, press X, then select the Pokémon with A, then ask them to hold the item. As long as a Pokémon is holding the Everstone, they will not evolve. This is handy if you want a Pokémon to learn a specific move that they can’t when they evolve, or just
