Pokemon Go Event Holiday 2021

It’s time to celebrate the holidays, and Niantic has made sure you can celebrate in Pokémon GO as well this December. With special bonuses, new shiny Pokémon releases and Pokémon debuts, there’s plenty to keep you entertained over the Christmas period.

The Winter Holiday event will run from 16th December, 10am (local time) until 31st December, 8pm (local time). Part Two of the event runs from 23rd December, 10am (local time) until December 31st, 8pm (local time).

Postcard Book Feature

This Holiday event brings a new feature to the game. The Postcard Book is a new in-game item that allows you to pin specific gift locations from your friends so you can always see them. This can also be done from your own gifts as well, so if there’s a location you want to make sure you always remember, now you can. These Postcards can then be viewed and sorted from your bag, and even removed if you decide you don’t want to keep one anymore. This feature will go live at the start of the event.
