Persona 5 Has Been Delayed for the 4000th Time

To no one’s particular surprise, Persona 5 has been delayed again. The release is now scheduled for the 4th of April 2017, with Atlus citing the addition of dual languange functionality for the delay, as revealed in a livestream.

At least this means western fans can circumvent any potentially dodgy dubs, or opt for a more “authentic” experience if you’re that way inclined.

Given that it was originally announced to launch two months ago, and then pushed back to Valentine’s Day 2017, what’s another few months when it’s been four years since the last game came out? Too long, that’s what.

Atlus is by means of an apology giving away a Persona theme available here, though I’ll be damned if I can actually find the thing on the PlayStation store on my PS4.
