The headlining act for today (and today only) is A Total War Saga: TROY, the newest spin-off in the Total War series. It’s only up for grabs for 24 hours, so you better jump on it if you want it.
Remnant: From the Ashes will be coming to EGS today as well, all for the grand price of nothing. This cult favourite Souls-like has a dedicated following and some pretty robust DLC to keep the Pain Train a-rollin’.
The Alto Collection features Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey, two racing games with 120 levels, 360 goals, and 7 unique characters. Not familiar with this one personally, but it sure looks neat.
3 Out of 10, Episode 2 will also be debuting on the Epic Games Store today. Each episode in this comedy game focusing on the worst game dev studio will release weekly, for free, via EGS. Three episodes will release over the next three weeks.
Remnant: From the Ashes, The Alto Collection and 3 Out of 10, Episode 2 will all be available from today at 4PM BST/11AM EDT/10AM CT/8AM PT until August 20th. You just need an Epic Game account, the launcher and 2FA enabled to claim them all.
On a related note, Fortnite’s V-Bucks prices have fallen by 20% on a permanent basis, which is kind of wild when you think about it. That, couple with all of these free games, must mean that Epic have more money than they know what to do with.
