Every season, Epic take a second to look at their meta and switch some things out while adding some new items. Season 10 (Season X) has proved no different, taking away some beloved vehicles and items.
Here is the full list of items vaulted for Fortnite Season 10, courtesy of FNBRUpdates.
– Baller
– Quad Crasher
– Flint Knock Pistol
– Shadow Bomb
– Semi-Auto Sniper
– Tactical AR
– Mounted Turret
– Air Strike
– Glider Redeploy (except LTMs)
Some of these are hardly a surprise, especially the baller, which everyone seems to hate. The Mounted Turret has been long overdue for a vaulting, as well as the Semi-Auto Sniper as it is bad. The Air Strike became worthless once players realised how easy it was to negate.
The Quad Crasher and Flint Knock Pistol, though? Those things were nothing but fun. Shadow Bomb was also a brilliant wildcard item in competitive, though perhaps players had become too dependent on it.
A major surprise is that there are still one hundred shotguns in the loot pool. There’s the Tactical Shotgun and its many variants, the Pump, the Combat, and the Drum. That is too much buck.
