Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point is a new collaboration between DC and Epic Games that brings Batman to the world of Fortnite in comic form. It’s also how you can get a lot of Fortnite cosmetics for “free”, including the Batman Zero Wing Glider.
However, despite the announcement from DC, we still don’t have an idea yet of what the glider actually looks like. We’ve asked PR if they have any images and will update this if they provide any, though the design will likely be revealed down the line. But how do you get the glider for “free” in Fortnite?
The Batman Zero Wing Glider is included as part of a purchase of Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 2, whether physically or digitally. All six issues of Zero Point will come with a code to redeem cosmetics in Fortnite, and when all six codes are redeemed, players will gain access to a special skin for Batman. The first issue will give players a code for a unique Harley Quinn skin.
Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 2 will cost $4.99 digitally or physically and will be available from May 4th, 2021. Variant covers will also be released that will cost a little more, including a premium cover from Donald Mustard himself, Epic Games’ Chief Creative Officer and storyline maestro behind Fortnite. The whole series will be included as part of a subscription to DC Universe Infinite for those in the US.
Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 1 will release on April 20th, 2021 to kickstart the limited series that will revolve around Batman travelling through a rift and arriving on the Fortnite island, forgetting who he is and how to speak in the process. Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point is the fourth major crossover between Fortnite and Batman, and will even reveal brand new information about Fortnite and the island.
