The Grapple Glove is a new item added in Fortnite: Chapter 3 – Season 3 during its second week, having previously been seen in the trailer being used by Indiana Jones.
Basically a replacement for Spider-Man’s gloves, the Grapple Gloves provide much of the same function and allows players to zip around the map and through the skies, though they are vulnerable to those with good aim.

Fortnite Grapple Glove Stats
There aren’t any stats as such with the Grapple Gloves, as they aren’t really a weapon.
What you need to know is that the Grapple Gloves are Epic rarity and they have 30 uses when equipped in the core modes, 10 in Arena. Once used up, the Grapple Gloves will be discarded.
If you get shot while you’re using the Gloves, you will fall from the sky and take fall damage.

Here are all the 10 Grapple Stations locations. Grapple Stations have a purple box that has an 80% chance to spawn and you can find the Grapple Glove in it + Ammo.

The Grapple Gloves can be found in special Grapple Stations across the Fortnite map. Grapple Station locations include to the east of The Daily Bugle, north of Logjam, near Rave Cave, and more. You can find them within Grapple Glove Tool Boxes.
Grapple Gloves have an 80% chance of spawning at any of these locations, meaning that they may not always spawn where you land.
