Fortnite Aquaman Challenges: Claim Your Trident At Coral Cove – All Trident Locations

Trihards.

If you’ve been eagerly waiting to unlock Aquaman as part of your Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 3 Battle Pass, today is your lucky day. With all other weeks being completed, all you need to do is Claim Your Trident At Coral Cove to unlock Aquaman.

There are actually three different tridents all around Coral Cave, or at least the area that used to be recognisable as Coral Cove. With the water levels shifting throughout the season, you may be able to properly access the Landmark in another week, but it’s totally submerged for this one.

Here’s everything you need to know to Claim Your Trident At Coral Cove in Fortnite. This challenge will go live at the usual time.

As you can see, all of Aquaman’s tridents are located in the northeast of the map and all of them are within close proximity to one another. For the purposes of this challenge, all you need to do is claim one.

To do so, simply walk up to trident and hold the interact button. All of the tridents can be found atop large rocks jutting out of the ocean, similarly to Skye’s challenge from last season.

Trident 1 is located in the middle of B2/B3, trident 2 is to the northwest at A2, and trident 3 is even more north in A1.  Once you collect just one of these tridents and have completed all four of the previous Aquaman challenges, you will unlock Aquaman.

Here are the preceding challenges, just in case you haven’t completed them:

– Use a whirlpool at the Fortilla
Use a fishing pole to ride behind a Loot Shark at Sweaty Sands
– Catch different types of fish (2) in a single match
– Complete the swimming time trial at Dirty Docks

You will, of course, need to have the Battle Pass to unlock Aquaman.

Here’s a reminder of what he looks like.

You’re not done with your Aquaman challenges just yet, however. There will be more cosmetics available for completing challenges throughout the season, including the Arthur Curry style for the skin. It’s also rumoured that Black Manta will be an Item Shop skin, so keep an eye out for him.

All in all, these challenges have been far less exciting than the Deadpool challenges and you can unlock Aquaman far quicker than The Merc With A Mouth last season. It’s also interesting that this is the Jason Momoa version of the skin, suggesting there’s some movie news coming up soon.

With many players unlocking Aquaman today, that just sends Fortnite one step closer to be the metaverse that only PlayStation Home could dream of providing. Seriously.

Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 3 is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
