Animal Crossing: New Horizons: Can You Customise The Wall-Mounted TV?

We need an Animal Crossing channel.

Wall-mounted TV New Horizons

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is all about going from humble beginnings to ornate grandeur over time, your tent turning into a palace after hundreds of hours of hard work. One highly sought after item is the Wall-Mounted TV (50 in), which is a 50″ TV that dominates your wall.

You can buy the Wall-Mounted TV from Nook’s Cranny for 22,000 Bells whenever it randomly appears, but we also managed to find it from a balloon — the spawn rates do seem to be abnormally low, however.

The Wall-Mounted TV unfortunately cannot be customised, meaning that you will just have to get lucky with the version of its that spawns or go on somewhere like Nookazon to find the variant that suits your style.

As for what it does, it actually serve its function: playing TV shows. You can turn it on or off by pressing A, though you sadly can’t sit back on your couch and watch some produced shows; it’s all blurred and gibberish.

To place the Wall-Mounted in your house, we recommend pressing down on the D-pad to go into the special editor and then pressing + so that you can focus on where exactly to place the TV on your wall.

Need to earn a whole load of Bells to buy this item? Make sure you check out how to predict your turnip prices throughout the week.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. From our review:

“New Horizons is a great continuation of an already fantastic series of games, and paying back Tom Nook’s loan has never been so fun.”
