AVICII Invector Encore Edition Launching On Switch This September

There's a free demo in August too.

AVICII Invector

Hello There Games and Wired Productions have announced that AVICII Invector, one of 2019’s surprise hits (as far as I’m concerned anyway), will be getting a special Encore Edition on the Nintendo Switch. It’s launching on September 8th, which would have been AVICII’s 31st birthday, and you can check out the announcement trailer below.

Invector is a rhythm-action game that marries AVICII’s hit songs to audiovisual journeys, challenging players to hit the correct buttons in time to the beat. It doesn’t sound that involving on paper, but when you start playing, everything just falls into place. The Encore Edition will also include an extra 10 tracks on top of the 25 already available, with said 10 tracks launching as DLC for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on the same day.

If you can’t wait until September to play Invector on the Switch, a free demo will be launching in August that’ll be available on the Nintendo eShop. A physical edition of the game will also be available for both PS4 and Nintendo Switch, with both physical and digital versions retailing at $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99. Will you be picking up Invector on the Switch? Sound off in the comments.
