New Fortnite Weapons: Air Strike, Drum Shotgun & New Revolver

More stuff to hate.

Fortnite Air Strike

The absolutely monstrous v9.30 patch for Fortnite has not disappointed in terms of leaks, it positively overflowing with new skins and info. We now know that Singularity will be the Season 9 Utopia skin, as well as that we will getting a tonne of new challenges for a summer-specific LTM. Thanks to leaks, it also seems like we will getting two new weapons and the return of two Fortnite stalwarts.

First up, the Air Strike courtesy of Lucas7yoshi, which looks like yet another thing Fortnite has pinched from Apex Legends. If you thought the Boom Box was bad for building, you can only guess the kind of irritation this thing is going to cause.

Also from Lucas, we have a first good look at the Drum Shotgun, which looks like it will come in Common (surely not, though), Rare, and Epic rarities. Just from the design, you’d expect it to be the fastest firing shotgun of the bunch.

French leaker Yanteh also has a first glimpse at what looks like redesigns for the Crossbow and Revolver weapons with both of them being in the Vault for a short while, the latter more so.

The Revolver looks suspiciously STW instead of BR for my liking, but it could just be me being cynical.

There are no statistics or details for these weapons beyond what you see here, but you would expect them to be release properly over the course of the 9.30 patch.

Elsewhere in Fortnite, we’ve also had our first look at the new Chug Splash item added in the v9.30 patch notes, along with news that the Boom Bow will be vaulted. In addition, the confirmation we have all been waiting for: Nipples do not exist in Fortnite.
