With the deployment of the Fortnite v9.30 patch, we’ve had our first look at the new skins due to come to the game over the next few weeks, as well as the introduction of a new item in the form of the Chug Splash. We have also just had a first glance at what is being dubbed the “14 Days of Summer”, which is almost certainly Fortnite’s tie-in with the new season — as in weather season.
Fortnite veterans may remember Fortnite Season 5 had a heavy summer vibe to it, which Season 9 looks like following up with a set of special challenges. These leaked 14 Days of Summer Challenges come courtesy of Lucas7yoshi and seem to suggest that we will be getting to play with an unvaulted weapon every day, among other things.
We also have a new Loading Screen to coincide with the LTM and set of challenges.
We don’t know yet when these challenges will be available, but watch this space and we will put together guides when we can.
