Six Games Leaving Xbox Game Pass Ultimate On September 30th

Better act quick.

Today, Microsoft announced that Cloud Gaming would be added as a benefit to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members from tomorrow (so long as you have an Android device to stream from, anyway), along with five new games that’ll be added to the library. Unfortunately, we’ll also be saying farewell to six games in the process.

In the official Xbox post, it was revealed that Panzer Dragoon Orta, Westerado: Double Barreled and Yooka-Laylee will be removed from the console library, while Bad North, DiRT Rally 2.0 and Dishonored 2 are to be exiled from both the console and PC libraries. It’s a tough break for console subscribers, but in exchange, you’ll be able to play Destiny 2 or Yakuza while taking a dump, which is worth more than a 100 DiRT Rally 2.0’s.

Of course, like with all game removals from Xbox Game Pass, you’ll be able to take advantage of the 20% member discount, in order to acquire any of these games permanently. Rocket League is also leaving the service, but considering that the game is set to go free-to-play by the end of the month, it’s no big loss.
