Dimitrescu’s Necklace is a super high value treasure in Resident Evil Village that’s created by combining the Necklace with Two Holes from the well near the church with the Large Pigeon Blood Ruby and Pigeon Blood Ruby.
As for what it does, it’s not equippable (though it would be a nice accessory for Ethan) or used for a puzzle. Instead, Dimitrescu’s Necklace can be sold to the Duke for a whopping 50000 Lei, which makes it among the most valuable items in the whole of Village.
That’s a lot of Lei for just on item, so be sure to sell it as soon as you can and put that money towards plenty of upgrades. While you’re there, you may as well ask the Duke to cook you Finest Fish, Juicy Game, and Quality Meat.
