Rainbow Six Siege Getting Free Weekend On All Platforms

And it starts today.

Rainbow Six Siege

Need something to do to pass the time between now and Ubisoft’s E3 conference? Rainbow Six Siege is getting a free weekend on all platforms, and it starts today. The free weekend will give players access to the full game, which includes the 20 launch operators, along with all the maps and modes available right now.

The weekend starts today and will run through until June 9th/10th depending on your platform, with more details available on the official Siege website. You access the free weekend via Uplay on PC, or via the Xbox/PlayStation Store on console. It’s worth noting that you’ll need an Xbox Live Gold membership to play Siege for free this weekend, but no such requirement is needed for PC and PS4.

As with any free weekend, Siege will be available for a discounted price during and after the free weekend, and all progress made and extra operators unlocked during your playtime will carry over once you purchase the full game.

As for the Xbox One, they’re running a Free Play Days event this weekend which includes Siege, Stellaris: Console Edition and NBA 2K19. Again, you’ll need a Gold membership to play any of those games for free, but Siege isn’t quite your speed, you’ve got other options.
