Google Hosting A Stadia Connect Event This Thursday

Like a Nintendo Direct, but for Google I guess.

Stadia

Google apparently believe that some news can’t wait until E3, so they’ve announced that they’ll be hosting the first ever Stadia Connect event this Thursday at 5pm GMT. We’ve chucked a link to the stream below for when it’ll go live.

The stream will focus on all the information people have been waiting for regarding the Stadia, with pricing, game reveals and launch details all on the docket. No other information has been given yet, so we’re left to speculate on the types of games and pricing we can expect.

The Google Stadia is Google’s foray into the game streaming world. Revealed a few months back, the Stadia will allow you to stream games like Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey and Doom: Eternal across a plethora of Google supported devices. It sounds nifty, though will probably play havoc on your mobile data charges. Either way, we don’t have to wait long to find out more about what Google Stadia is all about.
