LITTLE NIGHTMARES 2 HATS: Chapter 1 | Chapter 2 | Chapter 3 | Chapter 4
There are two hats to collect in Little Nightmares 2‘s third chapter, Hospital, and 11 in total to collect across the game, though two are DLC and one is unlocked just for completing the game. However, you just need to collect eight normal hats for the Far Ahead trophy.
The first hat in the Hospital chapter of Little Nightmares 2 is the teddy bear hat, which is fairly well hidden within the nursery. For those not familiar, the nursery is a big part of the x-ray puzzle in the game. For this hat, climb on top of the stool, then leap to the table on the right, and claim the teddy bear hat from the very top of the cabinet after climbing up. It’s definitely one of the most unsettling collectibles in the game.
Following that, the mummy hat is possibly the easiest hat to miss in the entire game, just as so many are likely to not even know you can pull the drawers. In the morgue section of the Hospital shortly after you meet the Doctor for the first time, open the drawer on the bottom left side of the room and you should find the mummy hat nestled within. It’s exactly what it sounds like, bandages wrapped around Mono’s head like a classic mummy monster.
Once you’ve collected both hats, you can then quit back to the menu and choose another chapter on your hunt for hats.
