Week 7 of Fortnite Season 8 has been released and the challenges are very straightforward. Once again there is a considerable reliance on Pirate Camps, damage challenges, elimination challenges and chest challenges. As per usual, the four final challenges require the Battle Pass (950 V Bucks) and the first three are free for all.

As you can see, Epic has really decided on a specific groove for Season 8, relying on cycling the same types of challenges every week.
Fortnite Season 8 Week 7 Free Challenges
Deal damage with a Pickaxe to opponents (100) [5 Battle Stars]
Easiest time is early game, land with the pack and try to get a few sneaky backstabs in.
Stage 1 of 3 – Visit Junk Junction and The Block in a single match (2 stages) [5 Battle Star]
The bog standard visit two locations in a single match multi-stage challenge. The first two Junk Junction and The Block are quite close together, the later stages move the two locations progressively further apart. The Baller makes this easy, land near The Baller spawn locations and go for a drive.
Visit Pirate Camps in a single match (3) [10 battle Stars]
Another Pirate Camp related challenge, all you need to do is visit three in a single match. Once again find The Baller and you’ll have it done without much issue. Here are the Pirate Camp locations.
Fortnite Season 8 Week 7 Battle Pass Challenges
Deal damage to players from above (500) [5 Battle Stars]
A rather demanding challenge all things considered. 500 damage is a considerable number considering the requirement. This will favour players with strong building skills, but can be chipped away at with regular play.
Search Chests at Loot Lake or Snobby Shores (7) [5 Battle Stars]
The very saturated search chests at X or Y location. This week is Snobby Shore of Loot Lake, requiring seven chests in total. You can mix and match locations.
Stage 1 of 2 – Deal damage to opposing players while riding a Zipline (2 stages) [10 Battle Stars]

Eliminate opponents in different Named Locations (5) [10 Battle Stars]
Standard elimination challenge. You’ll need five kills but in five different named locations. Normal play should see this completed rather quickly.
