Fortnite Season 4 Guide: Week 10 Battle Pass Challenges Walkthrough

Fortnite season 4 week 6
Fortnite

The final reset day for season 4 is upon us and bringing with it week 10’s Battle Pass challenges. As per usual, you’ll need the Battle Pass (950 V-bucks) to be able to access and complete these challenges and therefore obtain the rewards therein. Don’t fret if you don’t have the Battle Pass yet, all challenges are retroactive, so you can complete these challenges at a later date. That being said, this is the last week of the season. If you haven’t unlocked the rewards tied to this season’s Battle Pass once this week is up, that’s it, they’re no longer obtainable for the foreseeable future. So you better hop to it if there is something you really want from the Blockbuster Season.

Below is a list of the seven challenges for week 10 and how to complete them.

Search chests in Junk Junction (7 chests)
Your typical ‘search the chests’ challenge we receive each week. This time Junk Junction is the target location. Truthfully, this should be one of the easiest locations for this kind of challenge. Junk Junction is not a popular landing spot (due to its position on the map) and has a fair few chests in total, all densely packed into a nice, small area. Sadly however, as this is the last week for the season, that means you can’t wait a week or two for the area to die down and swoop in. Prepare for close quarters combat, ambushes and chaos, because that will be your life until the seventh chest.

Deal damage to opponents structures (5000 damage)
This replaces the standard damage with X weapon type challenge. Nothing to wild though, you just need to deal a total of 5000 damage to any opponent’s buildings across as many games as you’d like. Just pick fights and make sure you have the ammo. This challenge will complete itself without much concerted effort on your part.

Search a Chest, Ammo Box and Supply Drop in a single match
This is the ‘wildcard’ challenge for the week. Simply interact with a chest, an ammo box and a supply drop without dying to complete the challenge. The chest and ammo box should basically complete themselves shortly after landing. The trick is surviving long enough to get to a supply drop. Landing in less populated areas is your best bet, it’ll increase your chances of survival and making it to a supply drop.

Skydive through floating rings (20 times)
This is the replacement for scavenger hunt style challenge for the week. High up in the air are pink and blue rings. Simply fly through them for credit; it functions exactly like the season 3 version. Just jump out of the Battle Bus and fly through a few on the way to your landing spot each game. It’ll complete itself in no time.

Fortnite Week 6 blockbuster challenge

Search between movie titles
This is the typical treasure hunt based challenge for week 10. Very similar to all the weeks that ask you to search between three landmarks, but with a small twist, you need to identify the landmarks yourself. If figuring out what those landmarks are or searching around doesn’t appeal to you, we have you covered.

Eliminate Opponents (10 kills)
The season finale replacement of the weapon kill challenge. This week is just 10 kills. No extra parameters, hoops to jump through or pilgrimages to find a special weapon. Just make 10 people return to the lobby and you’re done.

Eliminate opponents in Fatal Fields (3 kills)
Identical to every week’s challenge in this category, with Fatal Fields being your intended destination. Fatal Fields is moderately trafficked (thanks to its location on the map), with a decent amount of loot. It’s not deserted, nor is it swarming with enemies. It functions almost exactly like Anarchy Acres did last week. It hits that nice sweet spot that gives you a decent fighting chance every game, provided you can find a gun.

With the completion of the week 10 Battle Pass challenges, Season 4 will have no more to offer in terms of Battle Pass rewards. You’ll have to wait until the official close of season 4 and release of season 5. With it should be another Battle Pass, with unique rewards and challenges inherent to it. Hopefully, it will be launched around this time next week.
