Fortnite Season 4 Guide: Search Between Movie Titles

Fortnite movie titles

As is codified tradition now, every week sports a Battle Pass challenge focused on finding a hidden treasure. Which always alternates between following a treasure map and searching between three distinct landmarks. This week’s challenge is of the ‘landmark’ variety, but with an interesting twist.

Rather than telling us the three distinct locations we’re to search between like usual, we’re instead told to simply search between ‘movie titles’. This is a lot more vague than the usual clues we’re given for a challenge like this, having to decipher the three locations ourselves is a new take on the challenge. In the beginning, I thought there might be real life movie title references scattered throughout the map. After that, I thought it was meant to be taken literally and that the treasure was between the written movie titles. So I went to Risky Reels and checked under the movie drive-in sign, no luck there either (even though between makes no sense in that context). Then it hit me, the drive-in sign has three movie titles written on it.

Therefore, we’re looking for a treasure situated between a White Lion, an Orange Crusher and ‘TV Dreams’.

Like every ‘find the treasure’ based challenge (that isn’t a ‘Blockbuster’ one), you can skip straight to the location of the treasure if you already know where it is, bypassing quite a large bit of the challenge. So, if you’re not interested in how the treasure is found – or you’re in a hurry – just skip to the final section of the guide. For the curious amongst us, read on.

For those that want to tackle the challenge themselves, but don’t have the time to invest in sharpening their knowledge of the Fortnite map, I present a picture of the general treasure hunt location.

For those that want to see the answer or build up their map knowledge for future Battle Pass challenges. I present a picture with each specific landmark circled and a small description of each location. The White Lion is circled in blue, the Orange Crusher is circled in orange and ‘TV Dreams’ is circled in pink. The treasure is circled in red.

If you’re not up to date with the map changes, this one might confuse you a bit as one of the landmarks (the White Lion) is new to the ‘World Cup’ stadium, which is barely a month old. The Orange Crusher is somewhat memorable, if not a little off the beaten path (Junk Junction isn’t a popular destination as far as landings go). ‘TV Dreams’ is very ambiguous, especially considering the last two are literal interpretations of their movie titles. However, there isn’t many landmarks or locations around this area outside of the two already identified. This really only leaves the TV ‘sitcom’ set located in the warehouse nearby as the final destination.

The White Lion

A large regal White Lion statue watching over the front entrance to the ‘World Cup Stadium’. Located at C2 on the main map’s grid.

The Orange Crusher

A large, orange car crushers sits on the north wall of Junk Junction. This appears as B1 on the main map’s grid.

TV Dreams

Fortnite TV dreams

A warehouse located northeast of Junk Junction and northwest of the ‘World Cup Stadium’, contains a TV set. It suspiciously resembles a ‘sitcom’ set, hence the ‘TV Dreams’ movie title. C1 on the main map’s grid.

The Treasure

The treasure lies between these three landmarks. The ‘TV Dreams’ landmark is situated closest to the treasure. There is a small dirt road just south of the warehouse that forks into the warehouse and continues eastward. Slightly southeast of that fork lies a small bald patch of dirt surrounded by grass. The treasure is buried there. This appears as C1 on the main map’s grid. More specifically in the very close the border of C1 and C2, offset to the west. Dig it up and you’re done.

This challenge constitutes the only really involved challenge for week 10, the final week of the Blockbuster Season.
