We are now into the second week of Fortnite: Season 3, and it’s fair to say that this week’s challenges aren’t exactly as difficult as last week’s. One of the only somewhat difficult challenges for the week asks you to Score A Goal on the Soccer Pitch at Pleasant Park.
Anyone who’s been playing Fortnite a while will know exactly where the Soccer Pitch in question is, it being a part of the game for what seems like forever. However, with the water changing some things around on the map, others may not know where to instantly.
The Soccer Pitch at Pleasant Park is located in the south of the named location itself, D3 on the Fortnite grid. You will be hard pushed to miss it; it almost takes up a whole square on the grid on its own.
Scoring a goal, though, is another thing entirely, especially with how many other players are sure to land there. It doesn’t matter which goal you score in, just make sure you approach the ball from a straight angle.
The physics of the ball are an absolute nuisance, meaning that being anything other than pixel perfect may mean that it goes flying away. Other players are sure to make this challenge much, much harder, so we recommend dropping into Team Rumble where you don’t have to worry about people spoiling your fun as much.
Once you complete this challenge, 35,000 XP will be yours.
Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 3 is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
