Fortnite Locker Loadouts & Presets: What You Need To Know

Finally.

After having been a rumoured feature for a long time, Locker Loadouts and Outfit Presets are now officially a part of the Fortnite experience following the v12.20 patch.

This new feature allows players to put together presets from all of their cosmetics, which includes skins, back blings, and much, much more. You can even have different presets for things like wraps for a particular skin.

To set up a preset, just head on over to your Locker. Here you will now notice that things have changed slightly, and now you can only select cosmetics based on presets, though you can always have a preset that you just play around with.

To create a new preset, click on the portrait on the left and then select new preset.

You will then get the option to tweak the last preset you used as an all new preset. Choosing a new cosmetic is as simple as selecting each available option and scrolling through your library of cosmetics.

Once you’ve sorted out the preset you want, you can then give it a name to help it stand out or categorise it more easily.

And there you have it, a brand new preset for your Fortnite cosmetics. To change your preset at any time, just click on the portrait on the left of your locker and scroll through the presets you’ve already made, or click the plus button to make a new one.

If you’re like us, you will have a preset just for your ugliest combination possible.

Elsewhere in this patch, we have a whole bunch of leaked skins as well as Deadpool taking on Oro.

Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 2 is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
