Week 7 of Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 3 actually offers some pretty interesting challenges as a nice change of pace from the rather boring offerings of the last couple of weeks. This week, Find Balls of Yarn At Catty Corner and get yourself 35,000 easy XP.
You should all know by now where Catty Corner is on the Fortnite map, it being one of the most popular landing spots. As for those Balls of Yarn, though, there are four in total to collect and three that you need for the purposes of this challenge.
Here’s everything you need to know to Find Balls of Yarn At Catty Corner.
Fortnite Catty Corner Locations
Catty Corner is located at G7 on the Fortnite grid. It’s also where you can take on Kit for his Charge Shotgun and Shockwave Launcher, and is also home to a vault for high value loot.
Catty Corner Balls of Yarn Locations
As circled above, there are four Balls of Yarn in total in Catty Corner, though you only need three. Here’s everything you need to know when hunting them down.
Catty Corner Yarn Ball Location #1
The most well-known Yarn can be found on the top floor in the gas station. Break through the roof for easy access.
Catty Corner Yarn Ball Location #2
There will also be a Yarn Ball right outside the gas station, south of the pumps.
Catty Corner Yarn Ball Location #3
Another Yarn Ball can be found directly above the vault in Catty Corner. May be very dangerous with how many people land near the vault.
Catty Corner Yarn Ball Location #4
The final ball of Yarn may be the easiest to get, located on top of a special cat platform that’s just to the side of the vault in Catty.
We recommend that you try and put a disguise on from a phone booth if you’re attempting this challenge. Guards patrol all over the place, not to mention that other players will be landing here too.
