Fortnite: Chapter 3 – Season 4 is going to be quite the big season as far as new content and updates go, but there’s one update that most are probably hoping for: the Pump Shotgun.

Unfortunately, Fortnite’s classic boomstick doesn’t return for Paradise and the Pump Shotgun remains vaulted. However, we do have a new and quite literally shiny shotgun to get our hands on in Season 4.

Here’s a list of the current loot pool in Season 4:

Boogie Bomb
Boom Sniper Rifle (Exotic weapon)
Chrome Splash
Designated Marksman Rifle (DMR)
EvoChrome Shotgun
EvoChrome Burst Rifle

Firefly Jar
Grenade
Hammer Assault Rifle
Harpoon Gun
Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper
Lever Action Shotgun
Port-A-Bunker
Prime Shotgun
Ranger Assault Rifle
Rapid Fire SMG
Shadow Tracker (Exotic weapon)
Shockwave Grenade
Suppressed Submachine Gun
The Dub (Exotic weapon)
Sidearm Pistol

There looks to be a few new items coming to this season of Fortnite, including a couple of EvoChrome weapons that increase in rarity the more that they’re used. The Chrome Splash is a unique item that allows you to turn into a blob, while the Port-A-Bunker, which is basically a souped-up version of the Port-A-Fort that instantly builds you a metal 1×1.

If you’re disappointed by the lack of a Pump at the start of Season 4, don’t forget that a loot pool rarely ever stays the same across the course of a season. Whether it’s as part of a big update or something in the later weeks to keep players happy, the Pump Shotgun may still return at some point this season.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
