Epic love to give Fortnite players free things all the time and their latest offering proves exactly that. The Afterparty Wrap is available for free for you in Fortnite very soon, and all you need to do is get your dancing shoes on.
This Friday, July 31 at 2 PM ET/11 AM PT, head on over to Party Royale’s Main Stage and watch Diplo Presents: Higher Ground, which is a house-infused concert that’s the latest free event within Party Royale. If you don’t know what Party Royale is, it’s the thing that’s bringing Fortnite closer and closer to PlayStation Home.
Playing the game while all this is going is all you need to do to collect the Afterparty Wrap, which will be added to your locker if you play between Thursday, July 30 (8 PM ET/5 PM PT) and Saturday, August 1 (8 PM ET/5 PM PT).
You can also join the party while it’s going on. If you don’t instantly get the wrap upon launching the game, don’t forget to try and relaunch the game as that can sometimes fix things. You will not need the Battle Pass to claim Afterparty.
As for the event itself, there will be re-broadcasts if you miss the premiere, so don’t worry too much. There will actually be an even taking place within Party Royale just before Diplo’s concert, which will net you a free emote just for attending.
