Bossa Studios Officially Reveal Pigeon Simulator

This isn't a Hard Drive headline.

Pigeon Simulator

Bossa Studios have officially revealed their next project, and it’s a daft one, though could you expect any less from the people that created games like Surgeon Simulator and I Am Bread? The new title is called Pigeon Simulator, and you can check out the announcement trailer below.

In a similar vein to the likes of Goat Simulator, you play as a Pigeon in a physics based playground that’s just a little bit more slapstick than the “Simulator” half of the game’s title would imply. Already, the trailer showcases explosion, ragdoll pigeons and what looks like the character model from the Mafia City adverts getting poo’d on by birds.

The project had already been revealed (sort of) on Twitter a few weeks prior by Bossa Studios developer Kevin Suckart as a side project he created using Unity, and Reddit essentially exploded. Kevin’s employers must have liked the idea and its positive reception (128K upvotes) so much that they’ve decided to flesh it out into its own, fully fledged game.

No other news surrounding Pigeon Simulator is available right now, though the official description promises that more news will be “hatching soon”. We’re hoping for a console release, specifically the Switch. Are you excited for Pigeon Simulator? Sound off in the comments below.
