Battlefield 1’s first expansion pack, They Shall Not Pass, is available to download for free on Origin, the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store, but you better hurry up as the offer is only live for the next two weeks. Don’t worry though, once the offer ends, you’ll still have your DLC pack. Uncle EA aren’t going to take it away from you after a fortnight.
The DLC pack includes your usual mix of new weapons, new maps, the “Trench Raider” elite class which specialises in- you guessed it, raiding trenches, new vehicles and artillery. Basically everything a growing army needs to butcher the opposition.
The timing of this news is interesting. With E3 around the corner and the new Battlefield game probably getting a huge presence at the EA Play event which takes place nearby, EA are clearly trying to draw players back to the franchise in lieu of a big announcement. Or not, maybe. Come back in about a month or so and see if we got it right.
