It’s a big, wild world in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, one that can take you an absolute age to get around if you trundle about. If you want to get around a little bit quicker, you’re going to need to find that sprint button.
To sprint in TOTK, simply hold down the B button and Link will start running around. You will notice that a large green circle is depleting. Once this Stamina Wheel has depleted, you won’t be able to do certain physical activities for a while.
If you’ve played BOTW, you might recognise how you can also improve Link’s fitness, which is handy considering how all his health and stamina is reset pretty much from the start of the game.
To increase your stamina in TOTK and therefore sprint for longer, you need to find 4x Lights of Blessing and take them to a Goddess Statue to choose between a stamina and health increase. Players can also earn a temporary stamina bump in TOTK by eating specific meals.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available now on Switch.
