Popla Foothills Skyview Tower Video Guide
Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is one of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom‘s many Skyview Towers, which help Link to fill in his Purah Pad map.
Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is located not too far south of Lookout Landing; here’s where to find it on your Purah Pad.
Once you arrive, you will probably notice that the pedestal you need to activate the Skyview Tower isn’t here. Turn around and approach the nearby well to hear a voice call out at you — do not jump down here. Instead travel to behind the Skyview Tower until you arrive at what looks like a tiny abandoned village with a well.
Turn back towards the cliff and walk through into the cave, specifically the Popla Foothills Excavation Site.
Here, you will meet Elmerson, who finds himself trapped. Simply stand on the grey platform to let him out, and he will return to the Skyview Tower after giving you a Purple Rupee.
If you’re trying to get the chest in the locked room here too, simply use Ultrahand to lower the chest onto the grey platform and the door will open. Topaz can be found within.
Return to Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and Elmerson will have activated the tower for you to ascend. Do the thing and the surrounding region will now be visible on your map.
