WWE 2K22: How To Change Graphics Settings On PC

WWE games have, for whatever reason, never been given quite as much love and attention on PC as you might hope in terms of graphics settings and settings in general, and WWE 2K22 is no different. You might start off with an absolutely giant windowed game that probably won’t fix your screen, for instance.

To change your screen size in 2K22, go to Options > Extras and then change Windowed to No, which should instead make your game fit your display.

While you’re here, you can also turn off motion blur as God intended and change resolution, along with a few other graphics settings. However, there is somewhat oddly no native option for you to set a framerate limit, as the game seems to be hard-capped at 60 fps in gameplay, 30 fps during entrances. Even if you use benchmarking, your Steam counter will still tell you that you’re at 60.

You can also tweak the settings by going into your config file on your PC, which should be under Documents on your C drive. You can change V-Sync and FXAA here only, as they’re not settings in-game, but you will actually have to go into Nvidia Control Panel and force V-Sync if you want to stop the rather blatant screen tearing.

However, there’s no option to set specific texture quality, as it’s directly correlated with the resolution that you have set. The higher the resolution, the higher the texture quality. It’s a very odd design choice.

WWE 2K22 is available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X & S, and Xbox One.
