PWInsider.com are reporting that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have been sent home from the current WWE European tour.
Whilst details as to why this has happened are currently few and far between, the pair are believed to have been sent back to the United States after the live Smackdown taping from Manchester on Tuesday.
It can only be speculated as to why the top heel pairing on Smackdown have been removed from the Blue brands side of things, but many fans are speculating that this could potentially be a kayfabe move to maintain the idea that the duo are causing trouble behind the scenes.
Has the ghost of El Generico Christmas Past come to haunt them? Has Owens’ enthusiasm for zoos gone too far? Is it something altogether more sinister? Only time will tell.
