Windjammers 2 is a hectic, fun 1v1 competitive frisbee game that flourishes when played in multiplayer. While you can easily set-up a local match or take the action online against other players, it’s a little more complicated when talking about Windjammers 2’s cross-play.
Unfortunately, Windjammers 2 only has partial cross-play, meaning that not every platform can play with each other. In fact, it’s very limited, as only Xbox really has the kind of cross-play support you’d come to expect. First off, though, you’re going to need to check that cross-play is enabled.
To enable cross-play in Windjammers 2, go to Settings > Online Settings and then make sure Enable Crossplay is set to Yes.
Here’s a breakdown of which platforms can play with which in cross-play in Windjammers 2.

To sum up: only Xbox players can play with PC players, whereas only PS4 and PS5 players can play together. Sadly for Switch owners, there’s no cross-play at all with any other platform.
While this is obviously disappointing for those who’ve grown accustomed to cross-play across multiple platforms, it’s worth bearing in mind that just because full cross-play isn’t in the game right this second, it doesn’t mean it never will be. Games like World War Z have added cross-play well after their release, so it’s not going to be out of the unusual if Windjammers 2 eventually gets it too.
