After being teased a little while back, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has been officially confirmed for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Developed by Hardsuit Labs and published by Paradox with the original Bloodline writers returning, Bloodlines 2 is set in Seattle and centers on the cusp of a vampire civil war. A lovely CG trailer was released to coincide with the news, which is not gameplay footage.

Bloodlines 2 is targeting a Q1 2020 release and will apparently “take political stances on what we think are right and wrong”, according to its developers. That’s sure to be appreciated by everyone, yup.
For those not in the know, the original Bloodlines was adopted from a pen and paper RPG and went on to become something of a cult classic. It never sold that well, but the passage of time has brought it plenty of fans.
Bloodlines 2 is currently up for pre-order on Steam, the Paradox Store, GOG and Epic Games Store.
