Three Games To Leave Xbox Game Pass By July 31st

Get 'em before they're gone.

Rime Game

Microsoft today announced that 8 new games would be joining Xbox Game Pass across both console and PC, but it wouldn’t be a new wave of games if we weren’t also saying goodbye to other titles as well. The official blog post has revealed that we’ll be losing three games at the end of the month.

On July 31st, we’ll be saying goodbye to Ashes Cricket from the console library, along with Rime and The Banner Saga 3. As with all Game Pass games, you can purchase the games utilising the 20% discount to ensure you’ll still be able to play once the games are gone.

To be fair, the games that are being removed are a decent trade for what’s being added. Rime and The Banner Saga 3 are fantastic, sure, but 8 games in place of 3 is a good trade as far as I’m concerned, especially when one of them is Yakuza Kiwami 2. Okay, I’ll shut up about it now.
