If you’re still struggling with the hangover that we’re in 2020 and oh god, I am getting so old, allow the first PlayStation Plus games of the year to calm you down a little bit.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is probably the biggest game of the two, and is technically three games in one. All three of Nathan Drake’s PS3 adventures have been remastered remarkably well for the PS4 by Bluepoint Games, so if you’ve never indulged in the cover shooting and puzzle solving before, now’s your best chance. Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception are all included.

The second game is a bit of a random one with Goat Simulator getting another chance in the spotlight in January. A whimsical time, you play as a goat in a hyper-silly world in which you can ram over EDM artists, bounce on trampolines, and scream in anger over the one trophy that asks you to play its equivalent of Flappy Bird.

It’s an okay month in general, though it’s not quite the bombastic start to the year most PlayStation Plus subscribers were probably hoping for. If you’re hoping for something better in February, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Goat Simulator will be rotated out on February 4th.

If you can’t yet see the games from the PlayStation Plus tab on your dashboard, remember that the games are usually added by noon depending on your region.

Elsewhere in PlayStation land, Sony just revealed the logo for the PlayStation 5 and, well, it’s a logo.
