Releasing into Early Access in October, The Light Keeps Us Safe looks like fitting the bill: a game where, you guessed it, light is your main weapon and means of defense.
Developed by Big Robot Ltd, the minds behind Sir, You Are Being Hunted and The Signal From Tölva have created a world plunged into darkness and overwhelmed by evil machines. It’s procedurally generated, so no two runs may ever be the same.

The Light Keeps Us Safe will launch on Steam in Early Access on October 11th with a roadmap for content updates to come in the future. A more in-depth narrated gameplay trailer will be released in the coming weeks.
