Ever since the worlds of Street Fighter and Final Fight basically merged with the Street Fighter Alpha series, SF has long maintained some kind of ninja representation. The Bushinryu school of Ninjitsu has been used by the likes of Zeku and Guy, while Ibuki’s own brand of ninja action has also been a Street Fighter mainstay.
Street Fighter 6 is no exception when it comes to repping the ninjas, with newcomer Kimberly taking that honour in the new game. With moves that blend classic Bushinryu technique with plenty of flair, vibrancy and joyfulness, Kimberly is a welcome breath of fresh air in Street Fighter 6, and if you’re looking for a ninja master to train under during the World Tour mode, look no further.

During Chapter 8-6, you’ll be tasked by the mysterious info broker to infilitrate the SiRN building attached to the construction site, the same one you infiltrated earlier in order to speak to Ken. Head to the building site at night and go through the section on the right that is blocked off during the day. Go up the stairs, and if you haven’t already, defeat Gus once again as he blocks the bridge over to the other side.
After beating Gus, step onto the bridge then drop down the right hand-side to end up in a new area. Circle around to the other side of the stairs you came up and you’ll find a generator, which you’ll need to turn on. Go back to where you jumped down, climb over the wooden planks then head back to where you fought Gus. Now, you’ll want to go over the bridge.
Head past the crane and into the backroom, and behind you there should be a ladder heading up. If you’ve explored the construction site at night prior to Chapter 8-6, you’ll know that the ladder hasn’t spawned in yet. Now that it has, climb up it and interact with the control panel, bringing a shipping container towards you. From here, you just need to climb the construction site until you trigger a cutscene with Kimberly.
After the cutscene, we’re infiltrating the SiRN building proper. Keep climbing the floors of the building, defeating enemies as you go and following the objectives the game gives you, until eventually you reach a computer terminal. Here, you’ll trigger another cutscene and a fight with Kimberly. Because you encounter her as part of the story, she’s not quite as strong as other World Tour bosses, but that doesn’t mean you should become complacent.
After the match, Kimberly will quickly disappear, leaving you to carry on with the main storyline. After you’ve completed your objectives and escaped from the SiRN building, you’ll be able to encounter Kimberly again at night within Metro City. You can find her on top of the Police Station, on the same block of buildings that your hideout is on. In order to reach her, you need to take the ladder that’s north west of the hideout. Head up the ladder, then up the second, smaller ladder, and you’ll find Kimberly in the corner leaning on the railing. Talk to her, tell her you want to learn some sweet new moves and you’ll have bagged yourself another master.
