New cover art has emerged for the long rumoured Resident Evil 3 Remake, showcasing brand new looks for Jill Valentine, Carlos Oliveira and the Nemesis itself. The art appeared on the website Gamstat, though industry insider Nibel posted the art on Twitter, which you can check out for yourself below.

The branding and graphical style is, obviously, quite similar to the Resident Evil 2 Remake, though the Nemesis itself looks uniquely horrifying. That mouth is absolutely disgusting, and I love it. However, Resident Evil 3 wasn’t the only leak, as cover art and a new name have appeared for Project Resistance, which now appears to be going by the name Resident Evil Resistance.

The fact that cover art is now out in the wild for both games suggests big announcements are coming very soon. I’d wager that if we don’t hear anything else in the next week, we’ll see the Resident Evil franchise take up a considerable portion of The Game Awards on December 12th.
