Red Dead Online News: Twitch Prime, Bounties, Discounts & More

Rockstar have shared a little of what we can expect from Red Dead Online over the coming week. You will get your usual raft of discounts on certain items alongside XP boosts, as well as a new Featured Series.

Here’s a quick breakdown of all of that’s coming to Red Dead Online:

– A 50% Role XP Boost in all Bounty Missions, including Legendary Bounties and Bounty Hunter Free Roam Events
– A 50% XP Boost is now available across all Showdown Modes and Races
– Select Bounty Hunter items are 30% off, including Bounty Hunter variants of the Schofield Revolver and Bolt-Action Rifle, and the Reinforced Lasso
– A 30% discount on the LeMat Revolver and Repeating Shotgun
– Ongoing Twitch Prime Benefits, such as a free Collector’s Bag and Polished Copper Moonshine Still Upgrade
– This week’s Featured Series is Gun Rush: Teams

All Bounty Missions will grant an additional 50% Role XP until February 24th, which applies to all ten Legendary Bounties. Taking part in Showdown Mode will also net you an extra 50% XP boost, with Gun Rush: Teams being this week’s Featured Series. It’s basically battle royale squads, which sounds pretty fun indeed.

This, on top of all of the discounts on the LeMat Revolver and Repeating Shotgun and other guns, means that it’s a fairly busy week where Red Dead Online is concerned. Don’t forget to connect your Rockstar account to your Twitch Prime account to be eligible for the freebies.

Red Dead Online is the multiplayer component of Red Dead Redemption 2, one of the highest-reviewed games of the generation. In Red Dead Online, players can take on specific roles to live out their lives in the Wild West, or you can just be that guy and try to lasso everyone you see.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Oh, Stadia too. Always forget about that one.
