PS4 Exclusive Days Gone Will Release February 2019

Days Gone

After a couple of delays, SIE Bend’s Days Gone finally has a release date. It will launch on February 22, 2019. That should fill plug a gap quite nicely in what is likely to be a quiet release schedule for gaming.

Announced as part of PlayStation’s pre-E3 build-up in which they will reveal new game announcements and other info, Sony also showed Days Gone off in a new trailer that features wolves and Freakers, who definitely aren’t zombies, thanks for asking. It also looks like we will be clashing heads with another faction called R.I.P and know as Rippers, who look quite similar to The Whisperers in The Walking Dead.

The post-apocalyptic open-world game has recently had its share of the limelight with new videos showcasing its approach to hordes, as well as how its vast, unforgiving world works. While promising, it certainly looked very rough around the edges; it’s probably a good thing that we still have another eight months to wait for it.

Are you looking forward to Days Gone? Let us know down below, but not before you check out the best zombie games, which Days Gone certainly has nothing to do with. No zombies here, no sir.
