Pokemon Sword & Shield Direct Set For Next Week

15 minutes of new information sounds good to us.

Pokemon 2019

Nintendo have announced that they will be hosting another one of their Direct streams next week, in the run-up to E3. This Direct in particular will focus on the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield, delivering 15 minutes of new information about the latest instalment of the long running series.

The stream will take place on Wednesday 5th June at 6am PT, 9am ET and 2pm BST. With a new region to explore, a new generation of Pokemon to catch and so much more information, we imagine that Pokemon fans won’t want to miss this one. In other Pokemon related news, Nintendo will be hosting a press conference live from Japan tonight at 9 pm ET, 6 pm PT and 1am GMT on Wednesday, 29th May.

With all these announcements scheduled for the next couple of weeks, it looks like there’s never been a better time to be a Pokemon fan. Maybe we’ll even get a confirmed release date for Sword and Shield. Wouldn’t that be something?
